Studio Policy

Thank you for choosing The Que Studio, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure everyone’s experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Please treat our studio with the same care you would your own. Your cooperation in maintaining a professional and respectful environment is greatly appreciated.

After your session, we request that you leave the rooms in a clean and tidy condition. This not only reflects positively on your team but also helps us maintain a pristine studio for all our clients.

Your adherence to these guidelines is crucial for the continued success of The Que Studio. Failure to comply may result in loss of future access or additional cleaning fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making The Que Studio a welcoming space for all.

THE QUE STUDIO

  • 1278 East Main Street, Columbus Ohio 43205

  • Go to our Booking Page. Select the amount of hours you would like and then you’ll be able to see our availability. If a date/time is not listed, the studio is not available.

  • Yes! We love our furry family members. All we ask is that you email us in advance (hello@thequestudio.com)

  • Yes, last minute rental are available using our website.

  • Please contact hello@thequestudio.com for information on booking events and/or completed our event inquire form located on our Event Pages.

  • If there is availability, you may certainly extend the rental time of your session. Text the On-Call Host to check availability.

  • Yes! Our seamless backdrops are now available on a wall mount. Four colors are available: White, Tan, Mocha, and Black

  • Yes! We have free private parking for our studio guest located directly in front of the building.

  • We are a stand alone building with only 1 floor.

  • No!

  • Yes. We have two restrooms located right off the Kitchenette.

  • In the unlikely event that any items are broken or damaged during your booking, please inform our on-site attendant immediately. Please note that broken or damaged items will be charged on-site or invoiced accordingly. To avoid any unnecessary charges, we encourage you to report any issues as soon as possible. Your prompt reporting is crucial in helping us maintain our standards and provide the best possible experience for all of our clients. (hello@thequestudio.com)

  • Please ensure to bring all your belongings into the studio with you, our staff is not responsible for any items left in the common area or in parking area.

    If we find anything left behind, we will keep it in our lost and found box for 30 days. You can email our studio coordinator a on duty if you believe an item may be in out lost and found. (hello@thequestudio.com)

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • At The Que Studio, we make booking your photography session easy and convenient with our online scheduling system available at www.thequestudio.com. Our online calendars are regularly updated to reflect the latest availability and pricing of our services.

    Please note that our online bookings are strictly for photography services only. If you’re planning on hosting an event at The Que Studio send us an email at hello@thequestudio.com for pricing and availability.

  • Once you have booked your photography session online, you will receive several emails from us. The first email, “Your Booking Order and Payment Details,” is your official invoice with The Que Studio.

    One the day of your session you will receive a email that contains the check-in instructions for using and entering the studio.

  • Access to the studios is granted according to the start time of your booking.

    To access the studio you have booked, simply arrive at the scheduled time and date. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your session start time so that our on-site and ready to enter.

    We ask that you respect the guest before you and only enter when your time begins. (NO SOONER)

  • All reschudleing request must be email to (hello@thequestudio.com). Appointment over 2 hour are not eligible for reschedule. Request most be submitted 72 prior to session. Eligible appointments have a 1 time reschedule request limit.

  • Cancellation can be done by emailing (hello@thequestudio.com)

  • We do not issue refunds as per our Studio Policy. In order to proceed with a booking, there will be a “no refunds” consent at checkout.

    We do, however, have a very flexible studio credit. Account 72hrs prior to your booking time

  • We understand that unexpected weather changes can sometimes disrupt plans, and we want to make sure our customers are taken care of. Therefore, we are pleased to offer full studio credit for any day of cancellations affected by severe weather conditions or other natural disaster events. If you need to make arrangements due to these circumstances, please don’t hesitate to contact our studio operations team at hello@thequestudio.com

PETS

  • We welcome pets and absolutely love fur family members.

  • We ask that you email hello@thequestudio.com if you would like to bring a pet to your photoshoot.

  • In order to keep the studio free of allergens, we spend extra time cleaning the studios and removing pet hair after any photoshoots including a pet. Cleaning fee is $50+hour.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

SEASONAL INSTALLATIONS

  • Each year our team curates installation to compliment the seasons, holidays and themes. Please onote that these installations are only available for a limited time and exclusively showcased within the studio.

    The months of October to January, are our highly anticipated Holiday Season

  • Our installation in the past were mobile but we have since made changes. We no longer allow guest to mover installation. This help to ensure he integrity of the activation for guest who are anticipating the installation.

  • Our installation schedule will be posted on our Decor Set Up Page.

Membership

  • The Que Studio membership is automatically awarded as a perk to our clients based on the year to date spend in our studios. This is also a program that allow us to show case creatives in our community to clients that are looking for photographer.

  • Members are automatically enrolled based on their yearly spend at The Que Studio. These membership are for creative who have extensive experience with The Que Studio.

    Once you have reached a yearly spend that qualifies you for a membership, you will be provided with a coupon code towards your future bookings that will be active as long as you maintain the spend that meets our membership criteria.

  • To find our active members, simply visit our Artists page where you’ll find a comprehensive list of all our currently active artists.

    Please note our artists operate independently from our studios, but they have extensive experience shooting in our spaces and can offer valuable insights. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them for a great start to your project!
